3888 Stock deal - Stock speculation

I have just purchased 3000 shares of 3888. Basic this is a good company with increasing EPS for the last 3 years. ROE of around 16%, with increase in sales for last 3 years. The stock have recently had a big rise from the 1st base with a high of 34.60. Profit taking happen, a second base is almost complete. It is forming a short double bottom base 6 week, I brought the shares when it broke out from the middle peak of double bottom with good volume during noon time. In summary, this is a purchase of a sound company in the middle of a 2nd stage base.

Core Trading System BEGINS.

I have started my Core trading System regime. It involve investing Global over a range of Global Country Index ETF that are trade in the US market. The list of my ETF which consist of 14 involved basically the world + gold and Long term treasury bond from US. Every Quarter, I will invest in the top 3 performing ETF base on their 3-6 months performance. If the top 3 is below the 88 day SMA, I will put the money to TLT (long term bond). On 12 years of backtesting, this has provided with a CAGR of 16.33 % PA. (2003-2014). I have also include a 10 % stop during the backtesting. 2015/05/07 GOAL - PASSIVE INCOME OF $10000 HKD

The due date for achieving my 1st Sub goal of $10,000 HKD per month is coming very soon. And I have already make plan to achieve it. Currently my total monthly cashflow is about $7,811 HKD. I have about $216000 AUD dollar as asset. I will arrange a Term deposit with rate of around 2.3% pa for 6 month plus, which will give me $414 Aud dollars per months Equal to $2,277 HKD. It will equal to total Cashflow of $10088 HKD per month. I haven't make the term deposit yet, cause part of the fund is in Term deposit with yield about 1.25% pa with one month. Crazy Hang Seng Index.

The HSI has rose more than 2000 point over last 2 days. It is very unusual and with this opportunity I have unload some of my position including from 2800 HK ETF with a price of 27.75, net profit $6400 HKD. Not a lot but, still it is profit. And on the other hand, I had also purchase a CBBC CALL on 388, which give me a nice 200% return in 2 weeks. In case you don't know, 388 is the stock code for Hong Kong Stock exchange. I brought the CBBC for 0.26 and sold the position for 0.8. Net Profit of around $26500 HKD. Therefore only 1 stock position for me remain, that is my 2823, which I will hang on until it reach my target price of $23.5 dollars. Article by Macao Millionaire Dollars

Australia property deal Fund secured.

I have recently successfully brought enough Australian dollar which allows me to pay for 47% deposit for my Australia Property in Dockland. The property is under construction. But with the weak Australian dollars and recently there seem to be a rebound from the low point touching the latest 1 month high. Therefore I have decide to buy the rest of the Aussie dollar that require me to secure the deal. The rest 53% of the money will be Finanical via mortgage from NAB bank. With this big sum of deposit, it will be able to make my Australia property a Positive Cash Flow deal. Currently I have about $200,000 plus of Australian dollars in Term deposit.
