Australia property deal Fund secured.
I have recently successfully brought enough Australian dollar which allows me to pay for 47% deposit for my Australia Property in Dockland. The property is under construction. But with the weak Australian dollars and recently there seem to be a rebound from the low point touching the latest 1 month high. Therefore I have decide to buy the rest of the Aussie dollar that require me to secure the deal. The rest 53% of the money will be Finanical via mortgage from NAB bank. With this big sum of deposit, it will be able to make my Australia property a Positive Cash Flow deal. Currently I have about $200,000 plus of Australian dollars in Term deposit.
