2015/05/07 GOAL - PASSIVE INCOME OF $10000 HKD

The due date for achieving my 1st Sub goal of $10,000 HKD per month is coming very soon. And I have already make plan to achieve it. Currently my total monthly cashflow is about $7,811 HKD. I have about $216000 AUD dollar as asset. I will arrange a Term deposit with rate of around 2.3% pa for 6 month plus, which will give me $414 Aud dollars per months Equal to $2,277 HKD. It will equal to total Cashflow of $10088 HKD per month. I haven't make the term deposit yet, cause part of the fund is in Term deposit with yield about 1.25% pa with one month.
