As last 2 posts I mention able buying an Australia property with a negotiation of 5% down. Which is about 30000 AUD. Actually I don't really have that enough money at the moment, cause I have my commitment with the Glasgow Student accommodation project which required me to pay GBP 30000 at the beginning of SEPT 2014. And my Account just barely had GBP 30000 (in HKD). So I need to raise a quick 30000 AUD. With a quick look at banks in Macau. I have successful applied for a personal loan in Macau, reason use as investment fund. I got a $250000 MOP loan, five year term with fixed interest rate of 4.32% PA. The $250000 MOP is equal to AUD 31000. Which is enough to cover the 5% for the down payment. And 2 days ago, I just went to HK to sign the contract of SALE for the Apartment with the Lawyer in Australia using Skype to witness the process. So everything went smoothly. For the remaining 5% percent. I will talk about it on next coming post able how will I come up with the money. Lesson in this was, never let nothing having enough money to stop you from doing deal.
