Purchase of Silver ETF

The Silver market has made a come back after 5 years of downtrend. I have transferred $385,000 into Silver ETF market in US. The reasons I have listed below:

1. Supply and Demand Inbalance. The demand for silver is larger than supply.
2. On the Technical aspect, Silver had broken it long term downtrend. It had recently made a 52 week high and the Moving average 10 wk and 40 wk has made a golden crosses with both MA now pointing upwards.
3. According to Momentum theory, after 5 years of downtrend. It should be follow by few years of uptrend.
4. Silver and Gold are the real currency. Compare to Money, I prefer to hold Silver and Gold

Because of the above reason, I brought Silver ETF SLV while it is making a pullback to its 10 week MA.

Sub-GOALS updates.

Well It had just passed my 35th birthday. And apparently I haven't achieved  my subgoal on 2016/05/07 which is Passive Income of $20,000 per month. My Passive Cashflow is about $13000 per month, a $7000 per month gap. However I did achieved finished reading and making notes on 12 really important books that is going to change my life. I will need to re-organize my plan and Re-Think how can I achieve my Goal.

Good News.
My Altus Off the plan project had finally started contructions. The develop expect settlement on Mid of 2018.

New Term Deposit.
My AUD term deposit had mature and I have roll over to another 6 month term deposit. The interest had gone down from 1.625% to 1.375% pa. Which had an impact on my Cashflow, about $200 dollar difference. While making the new deposit arrangement on the phone, I  forgot to ask the banking staff the rates for the new deposit. I just assume it will be the same but it is not. Lesson Learn, always ask never assume.
