After about 1 year of waiting. My Glasgow student accommodation property was finally completed and settled. It should provides an additional Cashflow of GBP 5,500 per year (Before tax) to my Assets Column. And at the same time, I had notice generalized global market bearish. I could feel the time for global market melt down is coming. Especially for the US market., it has been in bull market for 6 year plus. So I have chosen to short the US stock Market by buying into SH. I have sold my original TLT position with a very small profit. It's been almost 2 months since my last post, as currently I have entered into Gastroenterology Training since 1st of July. I have been busy with my career lately.
