Conversion of Cashflow from Asset to Asset

I have just received one semi-annual payment from my Hotel room in Quality Hotel Birmingham. It amount to GBP 1800 = $22157 HKD (after T/T fees). I have used this money to purchase 1000 shares of 2800 (HSI Index fund) at a price of $24.2 per share. I also need an extra $2000 to top up the investment. With this 2800 share, it is going to give me 3% annual cashflow + 10% average annual capital gain. So in conclusion I am using this Cashflow from my Hotel room asset to purchase another asset which will give me an Annual return of 13% plus. That's the rich way to Wealth.

My WINNING Trading System- Combo Trend Rider

After doing more back testing and refinement to my Combo Trend Rider trading system. It is ready to take off. Below is the Data which show the performance of my trading system, trading on 17 stocks on Hong Kong stock market mainly focusing on Blue Chip stocks

Back Test duration: 2009/03/01 to 2014/09/30 (5.5 years)
Total Trades: 145
Total R return: 87.67 R  (R is define as the Risk per trades. E.g. If Risk per trade is 2000, the total return will be 87.67x2000 = 175,340 dollars. This assume initial equity of 200,000 with risking of 1% equity per trade. )
Mean  R per Trade: 0.6 R (Which mean on average for every trade, it has netted me 0.6 R return per trade.)
Winning percentage: 66.2%.
Ratio of Expectancy to Standard Deviation = 0.44
By Dr. Van Tharp definition - Ratio of Expectancy to Standard deviation of between 0.3 to 0.49 equal to the quality of an Excellent Trading System.

With the above result, I am confident that my system will make money in the market both UP and DOWN.

Re-Focusing on PLAN to WEALTH

I would like to re-state my plan to wealth. Very simply put, I have plan to get Very Very Rich thru these 3 ways. 1) Investing in Major share Index ETF, 2) Trading CBBC on Hong Kong Shares and 3) Investing in Real estate (On UK and Australia).

For the 1st Method, I am investing in Index ETF for the long term. As overall the Hong Kong Market had annual gain of 10 % plus, by investing in the long run, it was a proven way to generate money safely from the market. For the 2nd Method, I will be trading CBBC with my proven Combo Trend Rider system, which is proven with 5 year of backtesting result to achieve positive performance.

And lastly Investing in Real Estate is to secure wealth with solid investment, which will generate Rental income to ultimately achieve my Passive income goal of 50,000 HKD per month

First Million Dollars DONE DEAL

Follow up on my last post. Right after I lower the Sale price of my 1 bedroom apartment to $2380000 HKD. I get an offer on the same day of $2,180,000. I counter the Offer with $2,320,000. And the final offer is $2,260,000. I accept the final offer and We have done Deal. I have already taken the deposit from the Buyer $170,000 HKD. The rest of the money will follow during settlement which is 2014/12/09 or earlier. This deal has net me $1,200,000 plus dollars. And It is my First Million dollar deal.
